Internal and external auditing services for different types of Companies and NGO's. Preparing audit reports and statements for review. Supporting the accounting & auditing teams in their daily functions. Organized and maintained financial records, tax preparation, and periodic inspection of accounting books and practices. Assists customers/clients with basic accounting and audit practices. Creates financial statements using a prescribed format. Visit client onsite for required audits and other financial inquiry. Answer client calls and emails in a timely manner and with a solution-oriented approach.

Prepare daily banks reports.
Analyze and reconcile bank statement, supplier’s statement & client’s statement.
Preparing customer invoices & suppliers invoices, receivable & payable transactions.
Prepare receipts and payments, assist with reviewing of expenses.
Working with suppliers and colleagues to resolve issues, making copies & filing documents.
Journal vouchers entries, receipts, payments, refund, and credit note.
Post purchases and customer invoices and preparing suppliers checks.
Assist in reviewing with expenses, Handle petty cash and filing JV’s and invoices.
Performs administrative duties.
Coordinate all phone calls, and manages calendars.
Welcome clients and visitors.
Handle emails & correspondence & petty cash.
