Acting as the technical expert for detailed design and construction aspects of the project,
answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the internal team members, client,
consulting engineers and contractors.
* Perform expediting actions in sourcing technical information, submission of data/method
statement for installation, delivery and transport of materials/equipment, storage and issuance

Determine the fundamental direction of the design, lead the entire design team and design
process continuously, from the first step in the design phase (schematic design) throughout the
execution until completion. Integral part of the construction team, works closely with the Project
Executive/Manager and plays a decisive leadership role.
* Communicate effectively between Designers, the Construction team and client representatives.
* Secure that design in all phases meets contractual obligations in every way through the review
and approval of all construction and shop drawings generated by the design partners and
subcontractors. Management of the timely delivery of all design documents.
* Generate and coordinate the relevant subcontractor contractual language relating to design.

Private Air Terminal- Riyadh
Steel building of 40000m2 needed innovation and expansion. Strengthening of existing steel
members and foundations to sustain new loads and design of constructability procedures to
keep the integrity of existing steel members while renovation takes place.
Jeddah Airport
The project included the detailed design of the new passenger terminal complex for domestic
and international traffic and all associated infrastructure (in cooperation with ADPI Company).
The floor area of the passenger terminal building is 600, 000m² designed with 48 contact gates
to handle 30 mppa during the 1st phase. The ultimate phase will take the capacity to 80 mppa.
In addition to the above, a master plan of an “airport city” was developed in the southern part
of the airport. The airport city will benefit from a shopping mall, housing, conference centers,
hotels, recreational areas and other business units. the shopping mall, housing, conference
centers, hotels, recreational areas and other business.

work: Design and production of tender drawings for all the non-medical facilities, production of
shop drawings for all buildings, calculation and BOQ for the project. Handling all construction
