Acting as the technical expert for detailed design and construction aspects of the project,
answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the internal team members, client,
consulting engineers and contractors.
* Perform expediting actions in sourcing technical information, submission of data/method
statement for installation, delivery and transport of materials/equipment, storage and issuance
for site installation works.
* Provide technical oversight to the structural engineers engaged in design and BIM modelling of
projects, in support of designated Project Manager for project.

in accordance with agreed project plans established by designated Project Manager for the project.

• Ensure implementation of project specific quality assurance and control procedures to ensure all
products from the Structural Department meets high international standards.

• Alhazm Complex Riyadh.
Project consists of 3 buildings, Steel building for Hypermarket, Mall building system is concrete, Cafes
building post tensioned concrete. Budget 100 million SAR.
Determine the fundamental direction of the design, lead the entire design team and design
process continuously, from the first step in the design phase (schematic design) throughout the
execution until completion. Integral part of the construction team, works closely with the Project
Executive/Manager and plays a decisive leadership role.
* Communicate effectively between Designers, the Construction team and client representatives.
* Secure that design in all phases meets contractual obligations in every way through the review
and approval of all construction and shop drawings generated by the design partners and
subcontractors. Management of the timely delivery of all design documents.
* Generate and coordinate the relevant subcontractor contractual language relating to design.
* Initiate design reviews and leverage opportunities to optimize design or to detect risks.
* Develop and implements QA procedures to ensure quality control performed by others is
properly implemented throughout the program and assigned projects.
* Review design drawings and specifications at periodic check points as required by the PMP
milestones.
* Review standards for materials and equipment to ensure they are in accordance with the
specifications and LEED sustainability plan.
* Perform constructability, buildability, and maintainability reviews, especially as related to
structural systems.
* Review shop drawing and construction-phase submittals when issues arise that require specific
technical assistance.

The project’s budget 400 million SAR, area 100, 000 m2 Consists of 4 building, steel and
concrete. In addition to utility buildings and infrastructure.
Private Air Terminal- Riyadh
Steel building of 40000m2 needed innovation and expansion. Strengthening of existing steel
members and foundations to sustain new loads and design of constructability procedures to
keep the integrity of existing steel members while renovation takes place.
Jeddah Airport
The project included the detailed design of the new passenger terminal complex for domestic
and international traffic and all associated infrastructure (in cooperation with ADPI Company).
The floor area of the passenger terminal building is 600, 000m² designed with 48 contact gates
to handle 30 mppa during the 1st phase. The ultimate phase will take the capacity to 80 mppa.
In addition to the above, a master plan of an “airport city” was developed in the southern part
of the airport. The airport city will benefit from a shopping mall, housing, conference centers,
hotels, recreational areas and other business units. the shopping mall, housing, conference

Lead the structural department with its two main divisions: shop drawing division and Design
division for all technical issues.

Hospital: 500, 000 m2, 1, 700 beds Residential area: 500, 000 m2 for 12, 000 people. Scope of
work: Design and production of tender drawings for all the non-medical facilities, production of
shop drawings for all buildings, calculation and BOQ for the project. Handling all construction
and client RFI and claims.
