such as sending & receiving mails & operating equipment, manage the manager calls, work to support assigned manager.
2. Duties include composing, drafting and typing correspondence letters, reports and developing plans.
3. Taking over the Department meetings (calling for it & register the minutes of the meeting to be admited to the highier management.

10. Requests and purchased the necessary IT items & materials that meets the department and other department needs, such as Lap tops, Pcs, Plasma screens, digital camera, Tapes & batteries and different It stationary up on there request.
11. Handling over & following up on the maintenance issue for the company printers, photocopier machines, internet services and software maintenance contract.
