Role Summary:
*To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.
*To evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
*To oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
Responsibilities:
*Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market whether B2B or B2C.
*Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
*Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
*Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
*To direct marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
*To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
*To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
*To managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
*To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
*To develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product, working with all departments for its execution
*To analyze potential strategic partner relationships for product lines.

Aptech Institute is a special certificate diploma in computer science or information technology after three years of study and Iam working as a Counselor when Iam following tasks:
1/ Storing of incoming and out coming data in the system.
2/ Enquiry the in coming people to the institute and direct them to the write stream, which they have to take.
3/ Enquiry people out side the institute (Universities and Institutes) when it will be scheduled for the counselors.
4/ Follow up the enquiries till they will get the suitable timing and courses to com and register.
5/ Register the enquiries and finishing up all procedures to put the students into the system of their studies.
6/ Follow up the students to make sure that they are strictly following up the mentioned bellow:
A/ Paying the fees as it was scheduled for the student (lamsum or installments).
B/ Follow up the attendance of the students.
C/ Update the presents if the students are irregular.
D/ Update the students with the any changes may happen to the classes’ scheduled, new exams schedule or any cancelled classes.
7/ Follow up the Batches (Started and finishing).
8/ Collecting fees form the students.
9/ File the data of each student as a hard copy and store it after sorting.
10/ Update each student data (Hard and Soft copies).
11/ Send different reports to head office at Riyadh Canter.
12/ Represent the reports to the supervisor.
13/ Send reports to head office at Riyadh Canter.
14/ Handles the certificates to the students.
