•Building and maintaining effective working relationships with customers in the western region.
•Working closely with the sales team to develop and enhance business with partners corporate accounts
•Drive new business (“Hunter”)
•Strategic account management: Plan and execute campaign to break into the largest Accounts in western reagion that are not currently addressed by existing sales force.

1. Responsible for the overall management of the assigned Dell G500 “Global” accounts.
2. Build and maintain solid customer relationship with appropriate levels.
3. Identify short and long term sales opportunities.
4. Build and qualify pipeline opportunities.
5. Responsible for account penetration and balanced sales growth.
6. Responsible for expanding and retaining the client while ensuring ongoing excellent customer service.
7. Own customer relationship to existing global accounts that have significant strategic importance to Dell.
8. Attain targeted sales goals and performance through the effective management of resources.
9. Set global account strategy and formulate a global account plan for all major accounts with clear objectives, actions, owners and sales targets.
10. Manage accounts and ensure that they are up to date within Dell, including processes, services, products and solutions.
11. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
12. Update customers for their orders status regularly.
13. Coordinate internally to fulfill customer requirement and resolve customer issue in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
