Details For construction of new airport north to existing one, with passenger terminal building with space to accommodate 2 mppa at an IATA Level of Service (LOS) A and aerodrome to ICAO standards, utility buildings, Air Traffic Control, VHF Towers, Fuel Farm.

Role Leading consultancy services team for the following:
Supervision of external services, roads, 5 voided deck post-tensioned bridges, access road from airport interchange, slip roads, runway, taxiways, apron concrete, flood drainage channels, car park, hardscape granite flooring and stone cladding, landscape and security fence.
Supervision of terminal building and other buildings structural steel including 4 link boarding bridges, kalzip roofing and partly involved in ACP cladding, and curtain wall.
Design review of structural and civil works of the following:
passenger terminal, air traffic management, air traffic control, fuel farm, ancillary and utility buildings, external services, runway, taxiways and apron concrete.
Coordination with other disciplines including contract department.
Involved in quality and risk management.
Participated in ORAT sessions.
Responsible of as-built drawings review and involved in CAD compliance.
Review of O&M for Bridges, Roads, Storm water drainage, runway, taxiways and apron concrete.
Evaluation and rehabilitation of existing 39 years old runway & taxiways, using HWD and GPR method of assessment, refurbishment works includes milling and overlaying of 200, 000 m² of old aerodrome asphalt pavement.
Involved in Planned Preventive Maintenance during defects liability period.
Closing out and handing over of the Project.
Project Dhofar Beach Resort (Five-star resort / 300 rooms) as PMC for project management services.
