Coordination Drawings, and As-Built Drawings.

highest quality and within budget.
• Procurement, Preparing Technical Submittal for the entire Mechanical Materials
based on Consultant's approved vendor's list.
• Dealing with the major suppliers for the entire material procurement starting from
floating enquires till finalization of the supplier.
• Attend Technical meetings with the Consultant, Contractor, and Client's Team.
• Preparing reports and letters to follow up work at the site.
• Estimate pricing and time extension for additional works at site.
• Interface with clients and consultants on progress meetings and through
correspondence.
• Set up strategy, a timeline for implementation of mechanical elements of the
project.
• Ensuring work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design
drawings, agreed-upon procedures, and method statements.
• Implementing strict adherence to safety rules and regulations.
• Coordinating and Monitoring the progress of the mechanical works for compliance
with schedule and quality control.
