Assist admin in all works, staff needs, HR staff needs,
-Receive all users Technical or network calls and try to solve their problems as soon as possible.
-Assists users in their applications using standard software packages and helps them if any errors or problems appear in these applications.
-Make routine check for all users PCs and other computer equipment like printers.
-Make the daily Backup procedures.
-Solving all PCs and network problems in all UNRWA Jordan Areas.
-Internet & Mail Support.
-Check if the PC are giving user (all users) the best performance which meet this user needs and give the solution for every case.
-Manage and made all maintenance contracts and solving customers problems in computers or network or Internet.
-Make a monthly visit to these customers to check all thing in their site.
-Administrative Installing PCs. Hardware & software.
-Deliver computer equipment’s like PCs, printers, scanners, & other to the customers & installing it in their offices or home.
-Supervising all calls and tries to solve the customer’s problems as soon as possible.
-Supporting virus & Internet problems.
-Planning and maintain the networking projects.
customer suppurt in hardware and network, windows 2000 server and nt4 support with network planning and troubleshooting.
help desk assistant in the information system devesion, i take all users calls in the unrwa bulding and solve there problems in the PCs, printers, network, microsoft applications, E-mail.and others.
