Implement ISO 22000:2005 (Food Safety Management System) in the company and maintain documents and records.
Responsible for manufacturer/supplier approval and product compliance of all food related contracts for the United Nations.
Liaise and co-operate with technical and commercial experts in procurement and logistics and also with food inspection and hygiene agencies.
Verify, compile and approve product specifications, certificate of analysis, product labels, audit documents and certificates from suppliers against client requirements.

- Evaluate quality assurance practices and advice respective process improvement modifications for reaching effectiveness.
- Develop all ISO based processes, align them to the strategic goals of the organization and implement them.
- Address ways of improvement and educate staff respectively on all related areas of operations. This includes trainings of ISO 9001:2008, HACCP & OHSAS.
- Submit status reports on company policies (includes strategic related decisions) and ISO related activities.
- Conduct internal audit on all departmental process mapping and develop routes to cost effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards required by local law (Health & Safety, Environmental, Product Quality, GWP, Labeling, and Fire & Safety)
- Implementation of Food Safety Systems

- Effective and timely follow up on corrective and preventive measures relating to audits and customer complaints.
