• Examine electrical systems and equipment.
• To make preventive maintenance schedule and report
• Responsible for performing routine maintenance including corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoots electrical problems happened inside the stadium to determine their cause and recommends options for eliminating such problems.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of Fire Alarm System including both Addressable and Conversional system Made by SIMPLEX 2001, SIMPLYCITY PLUS & GENT.
• Troubleshooting of control wiring of HVAC system such as package unit, Air condition unit AHU FCU.
• To make report of preventive maintenance such as making schedule work order and equipment detail using preventive maintenance PPM software.
• Inspect the installation of the electrical wiring for heating and air-condition systems, appliances, and other electrical component.
• Panel designing including drawing (power and control), wiring and execution based on the purpose to run the motor.
• To Attend the Preventive as well As Breakdown Maintenance and troubleshoot Related to Electrical Control and Power Wiring of Sump Pump, Booster Pump etc.
• Ensure that all work activities are executed in a safe manner and safety of fellow worker.
• Implemented regularly scheduled testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of electrical.
• Fix and maintain lighting fixtures and fittings such as stadium tower lighting system, sodium vapor lamp, and fluorescent light and Flood light etc.
• Installation and maintenance of MDB, MV panel, DB panel, MCC panel.
• Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented.
• To make breakdown report and daily report based on work.
• Sound Knowledge In PLC Based Operating Plants / Equipments.
• Installation and maintenance of Circuit Breaker, MCCB, RCCB, MCC panel, photocell sensor.
• To Attend The Preventive As Well As Breakdown Maintenance Related To Electrical Controlling And Power Wiring Of Plc Automated Lines, & Ac Drives of cut to length machine.
• Maintains of electrical overhead crane and solve the breakdown within the time period.
• Ensure that all work activities are executed in a safe manner without jeopardizing
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance of cut to length machine having electrical control panel of ABB (ABB ACSM1).
• Monitor the project progress and effectively utilize resources to achieve maximum productivity.
• Responsible for electrical maintaining and repairing heavy equipment such as corrugation machine required in the day to day working.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Electrical over Head crane (EOT crane) and corrugated machine.
• Fix and maintain lighting fixtures and fittings such as sodium vapor lamp fluorescent light etc.
• Analysis of machine failures makes report on weekly and monthly basis.
• Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented.
