To make a Planning & Preparation of Construction Schedule of all Projects by using MS Project.
Ensure the project work according to the approved drawing & bar Chart at each stage.
Final Checking the Design accepted from consultant by using ETABs, & STAADpro.
To prepare the yearly project budget for all running & upcoming projects and review the budget with MD & Accounts Department.
To determine the feasibility of all new upcoming projects by preparing cost-benefit analysis.
Preparing the proposal for any type of construction work as per instruction of MD.
Regular monitoring & checking of ISO 9001:2008 related documents i.e., Daily Work Report, Measurement book, Check List, inspection report etc.
To Audit all projects quarterly in a year as a part of the pre-audit observation of ISO 9001: 2008.
To prepare the Check list and other ISO 9001:2008 related forms of construction works.
To monitor of the works of Asst. Project Manager, Project Engineer & Site Engineers.
To prepare the Tender schedule according to PWD rate schedule & all the documents related with Tender.
To arrange and execute all types of Engineering meeting both at projects and office weekly or monthly and fix up the target accordingly and follow up the works for smooth progress.
To select all types of contractors and give the work order to them by preparing a comparison chart for each type of work.
Checking the bills of all contractors, overtime and conveyance of all employees of Engineering Department.
Final checking of major construction works according to the approved drawing before casting.
To ensure the material quality by coordinating with the quality control engineer and Purchase department.
Monitoring and managing the contractors’ works keeping the next target in focus time to time.
Ensuring the testing of materials, concrete etc. of all projects every month.
