Maintenance of Mail Account Setup/Backup/Restore (Office 365, MS Outlook, MS Office 2010/2013/2016).
Office365 support, maintenance, and administration (email creation, distribution group creation, one Drive, SharePoint, Teams)
Manage Domain & Hosting (C-Panel) (Create new User/email address, configure, managing, backup, restore of mail system, dealing with password issue).
Installation & Monitoring Symantec Admin Console Anti-Virus like updating, scanning, removing obsolete client etc.
