- Preparation of daily work schedule (Plan)
- Distribution of manpower as per the work plan.
- Site supervision & follow up the progress of project.
- Inspection Requests submission to consultants.
- Prepare project status report and submitted to project Engineer/Construction
Manager.
- Quality control and quality assurance according to the site design,
- Checking Steel and Shuttering work of Column, Beam, Slab, Core wall, Staircase,
etc
- Supervision of Doka formwork (For core wall, Column, Doka Table for slab).
- Supervision of all finishing work like Block work, plastering, Painting etc.
- Face consultants to take approval of completed work.
Achievement:
- Completed 22nd storied of Residential tower at Al Ghurair City Project in Dubai.

The Landmark Tower Project, 72-Storey High-rise Building -
Corniche Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Role: Engineerin
-A leader of 150 direct manpower consisting of skilled workers e.g. carpenters, steel fixers, masons, scaffolders, painters, laborers responsible for all finishing and structural work.
-Manages full scale construction works listed below on 13 out of 77 floors of an iconic building in AUH.
a. Sophisticated civil construction systems
b. MEP coordination works
c. Complex scaffold management
d. Management decision maker
e. Structural works.
f. Reporting of Construction Manager.
g. Meeting with engineering Manager for solving issues of any details.
h. All kinds of finishing work.
-Heads 13 construction staff consisting of Supervisor, Foremen & Charge hands
-Directly reports to Construction Manager regarding work progress and projections.
-Prepares 2 - 6 months look ahead construction programs which will be followed
by all main contractors and subcontractors.
-Manages vast number of subcontractors as follows:
a. M/s. Future Décor - Drywall, Suspended Ceiling Systems & Water-based
painting works.
b. M/s. Belhasa Group - Special coatings
c. M/s. Task - Wooden and Steel doors
d. M/s. Al Habtoor Interiors - Toilet partitions
e. M/s. Al Habtoor Steel - Sub-structural steel members
f. M/s. Vogue Steel - Steel platforms
g. M/s. Valencia Marbles - Marble works
h. M/s. Kitchen House - Garbage management systems
-Specialized in massive self-leveling concrete system works.
-Expert in epoxy traffic coating from surface preparation to
final touches.
Achievement
- Completed 5 Basements.
- Awaiting for handover GF to L-7.
Job Role: Engineering
- Quantity Survey as per design (medium and high rise building).
- Prepare materials requisition and inform to purchase department.
- Check BOQ (Bill of quantity), co-ordinate with contractors and follow-up work
progress.
- Supervise the technical matter of the project
- Make project Status report and submitted to project managers.
- Quality control according to the method of statement.
Achievement
- Completed 6 storied building with piling at Mirrpur MAK Nahar Project.
- Construction works for few others Project like Mak Hamida, Mak Golden age.
