Duties
1-Management of production on assigned production lines
2- Management of direct team on assigned production lines
3- Delivery of production department KPI( key performance indicators)and objectives
4-Effective co-ordination of work with production engineers and other departments (cross functional) to ensure maximum lines productivity
Responsibilities
1- Responsible for maintaining asafe and hygienic working environment on site at all times
2-Responsible for reduction of wastage in all areas
3-Responsible for ensuring all production materials and resources necessary for the achievement of the production plan and production department KPI and objectives are organized and available
4- Responsible for all elements of HR policy regarding direct team and indirect ( operator ) team
5- Delivery of all assigned KPIs and objectives
a- Identification of issues on the production lines and implementation of necessary remedial actions
b-Reporting of non conformance to target and instigation of review processes
c-Reporting and identification of plans required to achieve assigned KPIs and objectives
6-preparation and issuing of necessary production department reports
7-Ensuring full compliance of production team with site procedures in particular those associated with the ISO accreditation
8-Transfer of production at the end of shift to the full goods warehouse
9-Ensuring effective team handover at the end and beginning of shift in line with the continuous running line operation

Line productivity and efficiency -monthly & Annual
YOY(vs2010) in the overall department operation
3-Yield syrup and raw materials (in line with site targets )
4-Planned maintenance programme achievement
