-Study/ review the contract documents and preparation and submission of Project Quality Control Plan, InspectionTest Plans, Technical procedures and etc., for all major KOC, KNPC and MEW Projects.
-Conducting the QC technical audits in the organization¡¦s projects and reporting the results to the projects management and organization¡¦s top management.
-Provide the project technical support through the project QC Team and maintain the Quality standards.
-Selection and assignment of duties to the project QC Inspectors.
-Arranging and providing the QC technical trainings to the Engineers and Inspectors.
-Coordinating and arranging the third party inspection activities related to the project operations.
-Coordinate with project procurement team, prepare and submit the Project procurement plan, approved vendor list, Long Lead Items categorization and prioritizing.
-Support the proposal/ Tendering department to identify the QHSE requirements from the tender documents and provide the required technical feedback/ requirements in order for them to evaluate the tenders properly.
-Reviewing the QHSE requirements from the Clients for Organization¡¦s prequalification, business development
purpose and preparation and submission of related documentation.
-Preparing and updating the Product / Service related Risk Assessment Register based on ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements for all processes like HR, Procurement, and Tendering etc.
-Preparing and updating the HSE related Risk Assessment Register based on BS OHSAS 18001:2007 standard requirements for all work activities.
-Preparing and updating the Environmental Aspect/ Impact Register based on ISO 14001:2015 standard
requirements for all work activities.
-Responsible for coordinating with the project operations and business development to get the newly awarded project and ongoing project details to prepare and implement the QHSE annual audit plan.
-Scheduling and Conducting the QHSE internal audits for project operations and various departments in the
organization.
-Directly reporting to the QHSE Manager related to the QHSE audit results, finding and related issues.
-Coordinating and arranging the Organizations QHSE Management Review Meeting and assist the QHSE Manager for reporting the QHSE performance and collecting the feedback and instructions from the organizations top management
-Coordinate non-conformance identification, disposition and corrective action follow-up.
-Preparation, implementation and maintenance of Organization¡¦s Integrated Management System Manual, procedures, policies, forms and other related documentation (Quality, Health& Safety and Environment) for ISO/BS Certification.
Preparation, implementation and maintenance of Organization¡¦s administration related policies, procedures for the day to day operations.
-Coordinating with other departments and project operations to understand any new requirement of procedures, policies and any updating the existing system.
Coordinating with the ISO/ BS certification body to conduct the external certification/ surveillance QHSE audits.
-Inspection and surveillance on field project construction works (Electrical &Instrumentation). Ensuring Quality
Procedures and IFC drawings are being followed and implemented.
-Develop and issue Monthly Project Quality Index Report to the main office regarding the Project Quality trend.
-Inspection of cable laying, dressing, glanding, termination and testing activities and documentation.
-Inspection of cable trays, conduits and ladder installation and documentation.
-Inspection of Installation and Testing of Earthing System (Clean & Safe).
-Inspection of Electrical Panels, MCS, Instrument Marshalling cabinet’s and JB’s installation and testing.
- Responsible for Installation and Commissioning of SKF Vibration Monitoring System for Boiler Feed water Pump Motor, FD Fan Motor and Condensate Pump Motor at Shuaiba South Power Station
- Responsible for Installation / Commissioning of MCC panel at Az-Zour Power Station
- Responsible for Installing Vibration Sensor pad, Grease Inlet and Outlet pipes at NDE side for MV Motors at Az- Zour Desalination Project.
- Responsible for Technical approvals and Installation of MV Starters for the ongoing Green Carbon Project
- Responsible for Revamp of Cathodic Protection System Project for Condenser and Heat Exchanger Area and Sea Water Intake Area with Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW) at Doha East Power Station
- Responsible for Technical Discussion with End User and Principal for all Cathodic Protection Project inquiries
- Responsible for checking and approving the Technical aspects and finalising the offers for sales team.
- Responsible for all Technical Approvals from End - User / Clients of all Major Projects
- Liaising with customers on a regular basis to ensure the successful design and manufacture of products to agreed budgets and time frames.
- Preparing Bill of materials and Specifications, Project Scheduling and Manpower Estimation for commercial and Industrial projects.
• Responsible for checking plans, manpower allocation and co-ordination and supervision at site.
• Responsible for preparing drawings for conduits and wiring.

• Responsible for Testing and Maintenance of control panels, performing tests like Short Circuit test and Continuity Test.
• Responsible for preparing single line drawings (SLD) with complete load calculation for 108MW Power Plant and 12MW Biomass Power Plant.
• Responsible for preparing L1 (Management Progress), L2 (Co-ordinating & Monitoring with Site and Engineering), L3 (Shortage and Blockages) and L4 (Execution/Inspection in detail engineering) Project schedule using Microsoft Project.
• Responsible for preparing manpower histogram, key category histogram (heavy equipments, Tools and Tackles)
• Responsible for preparing cable length, specification, routing and scheduling.
• Liaise with contractor for Preliminary Work, Boiler, BOP, Generator, Fuel Preparation and Civil Work for 12MW Biomass Power Plant.
