formula room preparation, newborn baby food preparation.
Requesting.receiving, storing, preparing, cooking, dispatching, cleaning, Hygiene etc...all of this will supervise and also giving training for staff about the HACCP, ARAMCO, JCI, and CIBAHI system.And also I am training the staff for fire and safety, Infection control and Hazmat. I am the co-ordinate r of all of this in Dallah hospital catering department.
