- Creates and leads a strategic supplier management process targeting deep relationships with select top tier operations suppliers that focuses on governance (e.g. metrics review, structured feedback, joint problem solving, simplification, reduced variation and overall cost and quality improvements), business results, and speed.
- Decision to drive/lead general Supplier affairs, e.g. Claim Management, Analysis of potential Suppliers and resourcing, Financial Improvement Processes etc.
