Provide day to day support to companies who are using dynamics GP
Conduct analysis and design solution for enhancement requirement for group companies
Assist and collaborate with users & team in defining Functional Specifications
Perform all functional task of ERP implementation project life cycle as a functional resource which
include following:
• Requirement analysis
• Requirement documentation
• Solution Design
• Solution Documentation
• System configuration
• User training
Designing reports in available tools for ERP application(MR, Smart list builder)Personalization of the application in compliance with recommended practices for ERP application

Maintain quality documents with regard to Requirement Analysis, solution design, and System
Configuration Setup.
Lead team of Technical/Functional Consultants for development, customization, integration and
administration applications
Keep track of the updates of the application and make propose useful features for implementation
• Document/track requests from the users and applied/suggested solution or rectifications
• Preparing documents, meeting materials and correspondence
• Performing miscellaneous ERP-related assigned by the Group IS manager
• Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate
in appropriate training activities and encourage and support staff in their development and training.
• Participate in professional development activities like training & certifications
• Provide quality service to the users in order to present a good image of IS department as well as
maintaining constructive relationships with Colleagues, Company’s employees and vendors.
• Communicate to the relevant vendors/service providers for demos and evaluations
• Obtain proposal and offers, and maintains contact with vendors for support and problem resolution
• Adhering to company protocol as laid out in the Company Handbook
• Additional responsibilities as requested by the Global IS manager
