Job Description:
• Monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job within specified time frames, in an organized and cost effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet customer’s satisfaction and maintain continuity of business.
• Examine the drawings, assess the material requirements, approve and submit the material requisition accurately so as to facilitate purchase of appropriate quantities of materials.
• Examine the project program and based on the schedules mentioned assess the material and manpower requirement for the job. Prepare and forward the requisition of sub-contractors required for different jobs to the H.O. for approval.
• Plan, co-ordinate and review the progress of the Construction Programme, taking any necessary corrective action to meet, and where possible, exceed the expectations of the Client.
• Coordinate with the client and consultant on all issues pertaining to the drawings, plans, schedules and problems for quick resolution of all issues. Monitor progress against the project plan and keep the client updated on the progress taking quick corrective action where required.
• Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that the products meet all client specifications. Coordinate with the municipality agencies during spot checks on the site and ensure adherence to Quality, Health and Safety regulations on all assigned sites.
• Supervise the site regularly; attend to all technical and engineering problems, additional manpower requirements, drawing changes, etc. in an effective and timely manner thereby achieving client requirements and quality standards.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.

Job Description:
• Responsible for the day to day management of the site activities related to the project. Organize, plan, motivate, coordinate and complete the scope in accordance with the project schedule and requirements.
• Managing all the sub-Contractors to perform the scope of work in line with design, customer’s procedures/ requirements under contract and applicable specifications to the best interest of the company.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports. Arrange monthly payment certificates from client and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.
• Monitor site productivity and performance, Record, register and maintain all field changes for easy reference. Maintain records and reasons for delays during construction stage (Support in Claim Management).
• Plan, co-ordinate and review the progress of the Construction Programme, taking any necessary corrective action to meet, and where possible, exceed the expectations of the Client.
• Supervise and monitor all construction activity performed by subcontractors to ensure that cost and schedule performance targets are met as planned and accordance with work packages, specifications, and good practices.
• Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority; directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Ensuring that the project management plan is communicated, understood and developed by the project construction team and that it is ultimately implemented and delivered.

Job Description:
• Responsible for overall civil and finishing works to be executed and ensure it is done according to the approved drawings, specifications and method statement.
• Certify progress on site and forward the same to QS for quantity verification and make sure that FCR or any other changes are communicated to QS
• Conduct co-ordination meetings with internal and external personnel to ensure project works are in line with project requirements and to ensure that staff has an appropriate project understanding.
• Undertake QC reporting interaction with other departments of Company and clients to assure production schedules and deliveries are met.
• Be responsible and report on the scheduling of man/material movements for all aspects of construction and maintenance activity.
• Provide technical guidance to CADD Operators to proceed with shop-drawings.
• Coordinate all services related to Civil & Electro-Mechanical requirements.
• Direct and monitor all personnel activities within engineering area including manpower forecasting, staff assignments and performance reviews.
• Represent Technical team in meetings with consultant engineers, third party agencies, construction project engineers, professional and technical groups and sub contractors regarding project activities.
• Ensure full compliance with EHS requirements.

1. Burj Dubai Development - Dubai Mall project, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Job Description:
• Perform daily inspection to verify that the item of work was carried out in accordance with the required quality and specification for the project.
• Inspection for all Concrete and Finishing works to be executed and ensure it is done according to the approved drawings, specifications and method statement before consultant inspection.
• Implemented onsite quality control of all materials to ensure clients have received durable and safe products.
• Follow up Sub-contractors Asset Register, Attic Stock Requirement and O&M Manual.
• Maintain the records of all the QA/QC documents and reports. Prepare together with Subcontractor required method statements and obtain approvals from customer’s consultant.
• Review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients according to required project standards.
