Planning and implementing Electrical preventive and corrective maintenance.
Overhaul Electrical systems onboard the vessel, including:
Diesel engines up to 5000 KW with Woodward Electronic governor 721
and engine local control station (LCS) utilizing Praxis processor units.
Alternators up to 5000 kW including related power management systems
(Load sharing / load shedding).
Submersible pumps/motors (oil filled) up to 2200 kW.
Variable Frequency Drives (ABB) utilizing Direct Torque Control and
Scalar Control including Diagnostic Software (drive windows, function
builder).
Motors and motor starters Maintenance.
Delta MACS Alarm & Monitoring system.
Trouble shooting PLC control systems (large systems PLC5 - RSL500).
Fire fighting systems testing and trouble shooting.
GPS, tide gauge, gyro compass…etc.
Automation and Dredge Profile Monitoring systems.
Responsible and supervising the production and quality control for
manufacturing LV Distribution and control panel boards as:
( ATS, Synchronization and Pump & HVAC control Panel Boards for domestic, commercials
and industrial building projects in Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia), Also responsible for Tinder
Pricing for Construction Projects, electrical panel Boards sections (Authorized Schneider
electric KSA)
