o Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
o Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
o Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
o Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
o Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
o Manage subcontractors.
o Good knowledge in interior finishing materials.
o Supervising contracted staff.
o Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff.
o Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
o Providing technical advice & problem solving.
