• Make all arrangements regarding the duty travels,
(Hotel Reservations, Car Rentals, Booking Tickets & ensure timely travel reservations and the necessary visas issuance for all staff;
• Manage twice / year all arrangements regarding the Exhibitions;
• Review invoices from external suppliers and proceed for requests cheques;
• Follow up supplier’s due payments;
• Manage Monthly petty cash;
• Set up agenda for meeting minutes;
• Coordinate the organization of meetings, workshops and seminars;
• Follow up with courier agencies on shipments delivery process until place of destination;

• Assist in screening and classifying resumes and schedule interview appointments;
• Coordinate with printing and advertising agencies to ensure the availability of materials/displays related to conferences/events/meetings in line with a weekly calendar of events;
• Follow up with courier agencies on shipments delivery process until place of destination;
• Screen incoming calls and correspondence and circulate them to whom appropriate;
• Prepare sales charts analysis;
• Type correspondences, documents, reports and prepare presentations;

• Receive and respond to enquiries from potential and current customers, providing information by phone and in writing;
• Prepare records such as agenda, notices and take minutes of meetings;
• Draft letters, memos and faxes;
• Maintain adequate records and filing system;
