Projects Finance Management of Devoteam France Activities:
• Register and control of projects (Budget, Revenues, Missions Expenses), Validate monthly turnover and invoices to Devoteam customers, Treatment of Accruals & Deferrals …
• Provide financial & administrative support to executives and managers in a variety of settings (Access to finance software, Reporting to managers, Customers and Suppliers correspondence…).
Verify and validate data of outstanding risk capital operations for Investment projects in developing countries, set in the global context of Reporting and Accounting for the European Commission:
• Analyse Monitor and evaluate of developing countries investment projects.
• Prepare, monthly semi-annual and annually audited financial statements to investment projects conforming to the International Norms IFRS & IAS and the European Guidelines.

• Verify data for source documents such as finance contracts, reports, etc.
• Propose necessary corrections to data and reports.
• Check Expenses and Invoices (Mission Expenses Justifications).
