Inspection of Switch gear panel such as installed as per Panel installation drawing, components physical damage, cubical working properly, rack in-out, Name plate matching, individual feeder tag and rating, Isolator ON-OFF, Busbar tightening, push button functioning, indicator lamp, Ammeter/Voltmeter functioning, and Testing such as IR test, winding resistance, feeder function check, polarity check, phase sequence, CT&VT, primary & secondary injection & etc. Testing of Transformer such as IR test, winding resistance, vector group, winding temperature, tap changing & etc.
Fiber Optic cable (FOC) blowing, OTDR test, Splicing, termination & End to End test. Installation of Telecom panel including FOPP, Manhole & HDPE duct including crush & deformity test to ensure the integrity of duct.
Involved in Quality walk-through with the end-user/customer & monitoring /recording the punch points to identify quality related issues & implement best practices etc.
Maintaining all QA/QC Records (Inspection Requests, Materials acceptance & Installation Inspection Check sheets, Test Records, NCRs, etc) at site as per project requirements.
Responsible for supervision and implement inspection activities in accordance with QCP & ITP Procedure.
Preparation of quality control inspection and work procedures.
Conduct regular monitoring of all work to ensure its compliance to the acceptable standards and quality.
Review IFC drawing and co-ordinate with IPMT electrical engineer and instrumentation engineer to verify and resolve concerns and other related matters.
Provide technical direction to the site personal and foreman to ensure quality activates complied with the quality requirements.
Maintaining quality control documents and records.
Identifying and reporting of the non -conformance of activities, if the job quality deviated from requirement of SABIC standards and speciation.
Ensure that all material and equipment received on site are inspected, conforms the standards and properly stored.
Ensure that all testing is performed as required under technical provision of the contract specification.
Perform regular report to the QA/QC manager for evaluation of the quality of ongoing activities and discuss ways to improve quality of work.
Responsible for request for inspection (RFI) that applies to electrical.
•Assist with the final inspection of the work.
•Before submitting RFI make final as built drawings.
•Coordinate and supervise the work of all electrical activities and operations.
•Cable laying, Cable trays, Cable dressing.
•Performed all types of inspections related to electrical works at site works as per IFC drawings, project specifications and standards.
•Cable tray/Conduit installation.
•Cable laying, cable megger testing, termination.
•Insulation resistance test (Megger up to 5000 volts)
•Earth/grounding test.
•Light Intensity Test (LUX).
•Micro Ohm resistance test
Responsible for supervision, inspection and quality control of all electrical works like installation of motor operated valve, modifications of MCC in the existing cubicles, cable trays, conduit, cable pulling, and light fixtures.

Involved in Installation, Testing and commissioning of all HV & LT Panels. UPS Panels and control cables Laying, Termination for PVC, XLPE, Lead covered and MICC cables, Single and Double compression Glanding.

Conduct inspection of power cables a manufactures shop prior delivery to the project site.

Execution and supervision of all LV power installations and follow up the subcontractors work with respect to approved IFC drawings and contract documents.
Review of contract drawings, specifications, shop drawings and bill of quantities.
Evaluate daily and weekly project schedule and submitting progress report to the management.
Following safety standards at work field.
•Coordination with Consultant for the planning of Electrical Systems, Utilities and machineries.
•Coordination with Consultant for the tendering and finalization of the contracts for Electrical System.
•Supervise and manage vendor engineering and equipments deliverable to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
•UPS, Battery charger, UMPS, VFD with battery bank.
•DG Set with AMF panel & Plant Lighting.
•Troubleshoots plant electrical problems to determine their cause and recommends options for eliminating such problems. Includes carrying out tests on equipment.
•Condition Monitoring and Predictive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown.
•Planning for resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the plant and execution including start-up.
•Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis.
•Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the equipment by feedback and suggestions from them
Responsible for supervision, inspection and quality control of all electrical works like installation of cable trays, conduit, cable pulling, light fixtures, control panel, Glanding and terminations.
•Maintaining quality control documents and records.
•Review and approval of calibration test records for all types of measuring equipment.
•Reviewing shop drawings and as-built drawings according to the executed.
•Ensure that all testing is performed as required under technical provision of the contract specification.
•Meggering of Cables.
•Coordinating and attending meetings with Contractors, Consultants, and Clients for the projects.
