1.Golbal recruitment
Fully responsibly on the recruitment for all our offices around the world, the Middle East and west Africa region, the European region, Far East and Australia region, North American region
2. Develop recruitment materials
• Assist the HR VP in developing job descriptions.
• Update organization structure as and when required.
• Develop testing tools for recruitment.
3. Workforce planning
• Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports.
4. Workforce market
• Search workforce market.
• Identify suitable recruitment channel for company.
5. Recruitment agencies
• Coordinate local and overseas recruitment campaigns under the supervision of the Recruitment Manager/HR VP.
• Coordinate with local and overseas recruitment agencies to fill vacancies.
