Duties:
-Contacting Units Heads for their manpower needs focusing on local recruitments and discuss Job descriptions and each job's competencies and provide them recommendations.
-Handle the overseas + local recruitment departments. As a supervisor for recruitment and responsible to provide the best services with high quality for business units in the company.
-Manage complete recruitment process from sourcing (via LinkedIn, Gulf Talent, Bayt, & more), screening CVs, interviewing candidates.
-Execute face to face interviews for junior & mid-level posts, so that position is closed in timely manner Update and deliver weekly recruitment status reports. Maintains updated candidates database.
-Ensure the business meets its needs of Saudization percentage as set by the governments.
-Draft salary proposals and send job offers to candidates.
-Draft employee contract and official offers.
-Ensure that new joiners send all required documents and share their documents with Operation to arrange their on boarding.
-Organizing the Career day event at the colleges, institutions, university, and etc…
- Conducting interview with job applicants and asking relevant questions.
- weekly update on any action or feedback.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi regulations..
-Sort performance evaluation models for training courses
-Performance evaluation model conversion of paper forms to electronic forms
-Converter performance evaluation model numbers to the analytical data
-Sort certificates of training courses
-Contact the owners to receive certificates
-Delivery of certificates to those who attended the session
