Provide investment advice to the Executive Board on matters concerning investment strategy, asset classes, asset allocation, investment risk, benchmark indices, investment limits and other operating parameters for the portfolios under management.

Notable Achievements at NBE
• Participated with European Investment Bank (EIB) consultants to establish a new unit at the NBE specialized in the Private Equity and contributed to put the framework of the new Private Equity unit and according to the international practices standards.
• Assigned to work closely with Mackenzie Consultancies at National Bank of Egypt for the restructuring of Direct Investment Division within the Bank Applications and Procedures of Investment. (Reforming Program).
• Co-led the 2 largest IPOs (Initial Public offering) (Alexandria Mineral Oils Company & Sidi Krir Petrochemicals Company) executed in the Egyptian Stock market in Year 2005-2006.
