School manager is a new experience for me since I used to work as a teacher and trainer along my working experiences.
Responsable for facility in the commercial division and have the below teams: Admin, Fleet and GR.
Teaching English and Spanish languages, preparing classes, motivating the students, designing lessones, activities, games and materials. Evaluating and correcting.
Addendance, skills distribution, forecasting for new events, staffing for the call center, quality service.
It is 60 credit MBA in class and online in both Miguel Hernandez, Spain and Paris 1 university, France. The course deals with the different subjects related to the commercial companies: HR, MKT, CS, Finance, Management, Sales etc. It is in both Spanish and English languages.
It is 90 credit course dealing with the ways of teaching Eng and Spanish languages as second languages. The course is sunmitted by both languages and is very practicle. The final project has been done in Ausburg University, Germany.
