Job Description
• Process all financial transactions (Cash Deposit, Cash Withdrawal, In-house cheque, Demand Draft, Managers Cheque, etc.)
• Ensure all outward fund transfers, end of service payments and salary payments to be scanned immediately in CMO workflow.
• Ensure all Outward Clearing Cheques are scanned immediately and processed adhering to clearing cut off time.
• Custodian and daily reconciliation of all undelivered items stock, Managers Cheque, Demand Draft, Outward returned cheques and all other items along with Branch Operations Manager.
• Ensure all customers are served within QMS timeframe.
• Printing of cheque book and debit cards.
• Perform intra-day cash balancing thrice a day and ensure NIL cash differences.
• Ensure all transaction support document and vouchers are checked and archived on daily basis.
• Daily printing of BO reports.
• Raising of branch IT and housekeeping issues through E-help Line and Admin Help Desk.
• Answering internal email queries regarding to Branch Ops.
• Serves a back-up for Head Teller / Senior Teller and a reliever to another branch as to Branch Operations requirement.
• Branch daily mail / courier management.
