Responsible for all reports (payroll manhours, Actual and assumed time sheets, uploading, sub con utilization, monthly and annual man hours’, score cards regarding profits and losses) of all employees under our department supplied in different plant projects.
Process invoices of all plant projects to be billed upon service rendered by employees supplied on its corresponding project.
Coordinating to all project administrator and coordinator regarding employees’ time sheets including overtime, absences, concerns, etc.
Going to specific plants for the submission and processing of time sheets and invoices.
Does clerical as well as encoding, filing, recording, updating and safekeeping of all documents
Handles incoming and outgoing office communication
Assist in processing employees for interview and mobilization.
Doing multi tasking jobs as preferred by the manager.
Source qualified applicants from the pool, schedules applicant for interview, conducts and interprets psychological test, prepares materials for the demo teaching (instructor position) and assists in endorsing applicants to the requesting department / division and management as part of the hiring procedure
Ensures that submitted pre - employment requirements are complete and correct prior preparation of employment contract
Established linkages and coordinates government offices and school that organizes job fairs and job placement
Records and monitors leave and absences and official business request form of all faculty and staff
Process contracts and job descriptions of all newly hired employees
Prepares and distribute necessary forms for SSS, BIR, Pag - ibig etc.
Handles incoming and outgoing office communication
Does clerical as well as encoding, filing, recording, updating and safekeeping of all documents
Acts as office receptionists for those who desire to inquire on minor office policies
Implements the Quality Standard System in his/her level
Performs other functions as may be required by the HR officer / Administrator
Process employee’s VISA application and renewal
Process Flight Ticket for SKA employees arriving and departing at Mogadishu.
Process Leave Request of all Employees taking their R&R
Update daily of the Mogadishu movement and headcounts

Act as the Training Coordinator of the Company
In - charge on the Orientation of all newly hired employees
Negotiates on training vendors (local or international) regarding on the training of the employees either outside or in - house training
Act as representative of the Personnel and General Affairs to report monthly Quality Objectives
Files all the OJT and OFFJT trainings of the company
Consolidates all Department Training Plans to Annual Training Plan and Budget
Making certificates
File all documents / certificates of all direct employees in their respective 201 files
