Procurement engineer Responsibility:
1- Review the contract documents of each project, identify the required material, prepare lists of suppliers and sub-contractors.
2- Prepare procurement schedules in coordination with planning.
3- Seek quotations and issue bid packages for local and international suppliers and subcontractors.
4- Prepare commercial and technical evaluation of the received bids.
5- Negotiate prices in coordination with the project management, recommend suppliers and subcontractors and prepare documents to issue for Requests For Approval (RFAs).
6- Prepare purchase orders and sub-contract agreements, arrange for shipping and follow up on material delivery.
7- Provide feedback on material and subcontractors’ rates to Cairo Central Estimation Unit, in addition to providing value engineering support.
8- Liaise with others within CCC, exchange information and provide feedback of any deficiencies and conflicting information in the Construction Documents when found.
A-site engineer responsibilities:
1- Supervising construction works including, but not limited to, Scaffolding, Formwork, Reinforced Concrete, concret mixing-pouring, works.
2- Preparing Site Progress Reports.
3- Quantity survey all civil work for final payment (for 1 month only).
4- Preparing and issuing Desnagging Request.
B-Technical office
1- Co-ordinating architectural drawings with other Sub-contractor.
2- Preparing and issuing the architectural and interior as-built drawings.
3- Following up with the Consultant to approve the as-built drawings, solve problems in drawings.
4- Co-ordinating architectural drawings with Quantity Survey Department and giving any missing information.
5- Supervising maintenance work in the hotel.
6- Solve the problems in existing work to complete handing over.
7- Preparing and issuing missing Desnagging Request.
