• Attend, weekly progress meetings, weekly technical meetings and Monthly executive meetings, and prepare minutes of meetings.
• Study the particular and general specification for the project carefully.
• Review all architectural drawings and matching with structural drawings.
● Review all shop drawings which submitted by the main contractor.
● Review all submittals (Drawings & Materials and subcontractors).
● closely monitor the project site activities in respect of Quality, Safety, and progress and advice Construction Manager of findings, are of concern and action.
● Check piles coordination and receipt piling works.
● Check integrity test and pile load test.
● Check all tests of materials at laboratory.
● Involvement in Contractors submittals addressing construction, methodology, Method Statements, Project quality Plan, quality Control Procedures, Inspection and Test Plans, Safety Plan Schedules and compliance with Project objectives.
● Receipt the work of Levels & pile caps & tie beams & underground water tank & slabs & columns and scaffolding formwork for all sub structural and super structural used.
● Receipt the waterproofing for (concrete works & underground water tank) and check the cubes results.
● Receipt internal finishing (Block & Plaster & Painting & false ceiling & ceramic….act) works.
● Receipt the waterproofing of surfaces (Combo Roof system).
● Receipt external plastic paint (primer, putty, final coat) and GRC for elevations.
● Receipt infrastructure & Pasco and curbstone works.
● Review and discuss the payments certificate according to the bill of quantity
