On-site visits of key Accounts, establish strong relationship with clients and understand their business issues and provide solutions that meet their needs. (Consultative selling). Execute Retail marketing strategy within the country’s Retail Channel; inclusive of product launches, marketing campaigns and consumer initiatives. Handle and align pan-European agreements for international accounts. Monitor the progress of account development and drives revenue to meet/exceed commercial targets. Identify trends and develop tactical initiatives to increase commercial revenue in response to a changing marketplace. Have direct responsibility for executing marketing initiatives and campaigns at retail, designed to drive sales. Partner with retail sales & category marketing to execute the longer term vision and ensure alignment and successful execution between the marketing and business plans at retail. Keep accurate records of sales and forecasts, regularly reporting to the country manager. Any other discretionary duties as developed by management
