• To promote respect of our Quality System and documented Procedures.
• To enforce adherence to quality, health, safety and environment regulations.
• To review regularly procedures and forms and recommend updates and/or modifications.
• To contribute to QUEST by submitting RIRs, suggestions and follow action items on a regular basis.
• To alert management to shortcomings in existing rules, recommend improvements and ensure that corrective actions are being carried out within agreed time-scales.
• To liaise with shipping/receiving, Stores, Import/Export, maintenance and field operations to ensure all equipment and M&S movements to and from the Geomarket are tracked efficiently and accurately according to established procedures within FMS.
• To maintain a filing system in accordance with financial procedures.
• To monitor and report on a monthly basis all Field Cost Transfers, Fixed Asset Transfers, recharges and inter-company re-bills.
• To ensure all financial transactions related to the movement of assets or M&S are performed in a timely manner and within the appropriate accounting period.
• To ensure the FMS is updated in a timely manner whenever fixed assets are transferred, received or disposed.
• To communicate to the Asset Accountants all asset movement, so that FMS asset register is maintained updated and current at all times.
• Lead all physical asset counts and oversee inventory control and forecasting.
• To cross-check the QTrack Tool Count against the Asset registers in FMS on a monthly basis.
• To understand and optimize the procurement process by monitoring and communicating the optimal order turnaround time.
• To keep a filing system of all procurement support documentation according to SLB guidelines.
• To assist Operation Manager in conjunction with Supply Chain team in establishing work and price agreement with major contractors / suppliers.
• To implement and maintain contractor performance tracking system.
Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory,
minimise costs and maximize working capital
Write and maintain accurate written procedures for all main inventory
control processes and functions.
Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes.
Perform cyclic stock checks
Check and adjust shop floor data collection data
Ensure works orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock
has been allocated to the job correctly.
Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system
Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system
are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and
discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved
Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory
accuracy check.
Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock
holding and maximizes stock system and paperwork accuracy.
