Section lead, As lead/senior tech my duties were to oversee 3 bays in which 5 mechanic to each bay would strip to the chassis and rebuild the trucks to the refurbish standards of the Us Army. I was also the senior electrician for the two workshops, carrying out fault finding and repairs to the vehicle.

I managed a workshop of fully trained mechanics servicing and repairing of the Fiat range of vehicles, also dealing with the body shop and for all warranty and accident repairs.
I would set and maintain the budget for the year and ensured all targets were achieved.
I also planned carried out extensive ongoing training for the work force.

Attained the Rank of Sergeant, within the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers.
Worked on all tracked and heavy equipment used within the British military, passing selection for the SAS
This resulted in running a large workshop for the SAS, carrying out all maintenance Programs and training for the unit on the various Vehicles used.
