Responsible for applying Dubai municipality regulatory aspects for all imported consignments.

Deal with the companies and the clearing agents in resolving the problems and sorting things out to be able to comply with the regulations and have release approval to sell the products.

• Latest responsibility was launching Lyxumia in Dubai (Private & DHA accounts). Managed to include it in all major government and private accounts with the achievement of more than 1 10% of my pre-set ambitious target.
• Handling all medical meetings with the top physicians to include it in the DHA approved medications.
• Participating in preparing and submitting the technical file for drug registration.
• Acting as KAM for the launch & inclusion of Lyxumia in all Dubai top accounts.
• Conducting meetings with all KOLs in the medical & purchasing/supply chain department.
• Managing the initial contract between Sanofi and the local distributors.
• Managing the price quotation and negotiations with the purchasing team in my accounts.
• Previous responsibilities were;
• Northern Emirates - Private Market (Lantus, Apidra, Amaryl).
• Abu Dhabi (DOH / HAAD) (SKMC - Tawam) (Lantus, Apidra, Amaryl).

• Achievements:
• Launching Lyxumia Successfully and single-handedly Launched Lyxumia in Dubai's private and government sectors, achieving product inclusion in all major accounts in less than 4 months. After 2 months it was already prescribed in all my accounts allowing me to reach an impressive 1 10% of an ambitious launching target.

• Amaryl in the Northern Emirates A remarkable achievement of acquiring a major market share was recognized and acknowledged by my company and the competition alike. Took the Amarly range of products from very humble sales numbers to a massive 40% growth in just 6 months, establishing a solid and lasting presence for Sanofi within that area.

Achievements:

Responsible for handling the “Prevenar” local distributor for all orders throughout the Cairo Team and following up on stock availability, delivery timing, delivery cold chain conditions, and customer complaints.

Prevenar: penetrating new areas
Significantly increased awareness by educating HCPs and parents through dozens of events and campaigns conducted throughout the year, highlighting the importance of the vaccines outside the “National Immunization Programs” in Egypt, resulting in the achievement of more than 140% of target and the best growth area across the Egypt team.
