• Leads and Supervises electrical section in maintenance related activities and ensures that maintenance practices are carried out in accordance with accepted standard and industrial norms.
• Plans and prepares periodical preventative maintenance schedule at the beginning of each year and carries out duties mentioned therein in coordination with Production Engineer.
• Oversees in troubleshooting complex electrical problems and failures by working closely with his team whenever required.
• Issues reports on major problems and failures, suggests suitable corrective actions to minimize or prevent recurrence of the problem.
• Carries out stage and final inspection of repair jobs done by contractors either on site or in their facilities outside, evaluate their procedures and competency and witnesses the necessary tests before acceptance.
• Keeps abreast with contemporary technology and maintenance practices and suggests upgradation/ modifications with the aim of improving reliability and maintainability, reducing maintenance costs, enhancing quality and safety.
• Develops sectional craft quality manuals, training manuals, preventive maintenance manuals and other quality standard documentation.
• Assists Purchase Department in specification of items for purchase, spare parts details and other day-to-day jobs, as and when required.
• Organizes daily routine checking and maintenance works.
• Assists in preparation of Annual Budgets. Assists with specifications of new equipment, where appropriate.
Developing training materials and SWPs to enhance the maintenance staff’s technical skills.
Delievering the training courses for the Fixed Plant and the Power Station personnel.
Conduct assessments.
Deliever monthly safety meeting.
Maintenance and troubleshoot errors of the Kodak CTP devices for customers allover Egypt.
Install and setup CTP devices, plate processor and Plate ovens.
Technical Representative at TechnoPrint 2013.
Making reports about regions (performance, analysis, response).
Evaluation for regional members according to performance KPI’s.
Follow up with regions small projects (rented gensets, alarm cable conn., PAC).
Testing Overhauled generators.
COOLTECH representative at Electricx 2011.
Technical Performance Appraisal.
Interviewing new candidates.
Responsible for all maintenance actions (Preventive and Corrective) for 30 sites.
Installation and Dismantling sites.
Control for all regional resources (Technicians, Cars & Store).
Follow up with head office and customer (Huawei) by any needed documentation.
