Handle the legal requirement for a contract.
- Set up the completion schedule by time frame
- Set up occupancy dates for buildings
- Select subcontractors and sellers according to their prequalification, technical and commercial
proposals.
- Receive drawings from architects/engineers, checking and analyzing the details in case there is no
discrepancy and ensuring that the materials used are those specified by owner, forwarding the
drawing to the right place on the right time.
- Coordinate with architects/engineers and owner requested revisions or errors found in drawings.
- Communicate continuously with PM&CM regarding project progress.
- Review the Contract documents for each Construction Package and advise the Projects Manager
of any deficiency.
- Monitoring and controlling the progress and the quality on site.
- Follow up with the PM the site plan, the requested resources, equipment
- Coordinate for materials requirements.

- Develop and complete the overall project schedule (Design, construction, procurement, handling

- Review and approve / comment on the procurement schedules as submitted by the Contractor and
ensure the procurement schedules are in compliance and are coordinated with current construction
schedules.

- Develop the construction site layout which provides a good logistic management during
construction phases.
- Coordinate special testing and inspection for item such concrete, re-bars…
- Check and approve the regular billing of sub-contractors and suppliers.
