- Review the Contract documents for each Construction Package and advise the Projects Manager
of any deficiency.
- Monitoring and controlling the progress and the quality on site.
- Follow up with the PM the site plan, the requested resources, equipment
- Coordinate for materials requirements.

- Develop and complete the overall project schedule (Design, construction, procurement, handling
over…)
- Review and approve / comment on the procurement schedules as submitted by the Contractor and
ensure the procurement schedules are in compliance and are coordinated with current construction
schedules.
- Coordinate site meeting with construction teams and subcontractors
- Develop the construction site layout which provides a good logistic management during
construction phases.
- Coordinate special testing and inspection for item such concrete, re-bars…
- Check and approve the regular billing of sub-contractors and suppliers.
