As an associate consultant I contribute to several projects within the retail motor industry. I have completed job analysis and profiling, designed competency frameworks, the skills assessment matrix, performance review system, staff development planning, and dealership performance evaluation framework. I have also delivered training and coaching for managers in assessment procedures and psychometrics.

As an instructor contributed to design and delivery of a National Development Programme within the UAE secondary schools. The programme focused on strategic management of academic and employment choices. Personal development raised awareness of how self-management and social relations affect individual and team performance. Classroom instruction covered a broad range of soft skills and group practice exposed participants to resource constraints and social conflict to improve performance through reflection and peer-feedback. Responsibilities:
• Designed curriculum and delivered classroom based teaching and group activities to coach 600 participants.
• Collated performance records to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Trained colleagues on instructional design, delivery and assessment.

As an assessor supported the implementation of a development centre for 2000 employees at the Abu Dhabi Departments of Civil Service and Ministry of Interior. Responsibilities:
• Designed competency framework, simulations and soft skills workshops
• Trained assessors and collated quality assurance data during assessment
• Completed 120 reports integrating aptitude scores, personality and behaviour ratings
• Delivered feedback to candidates, facilitated self-development workshops

Transport for London employed over 19, 000 people to integrate bus, railway, underground, and river services within the capital. As a consultant completed selection, development and outplacement projects, recruitment campaigns and selection of apprentices, graduates and managers. Responsibilities:
• Profiled competencies associated with senior and specialist roles
• Designed assessment procedures: interviews, exercises and testing
• Managed CV sifting, interviewing and assessment centres
• Trained and coached managers in giving feedback
• Evaluated implementation of assessment centres and validated results

As a consultant supported private and non-profit organisations in the health and social care sector. Responsibilities:
• Designed learning reviews, annual training and induction plans.
• Established a learning centre and training videos library.
• Led change initiatives to develop service managers and project teams.
• Developed train the trainer packages
• Evaluated the impact of blended learning, coaching and action learning.

As a faculty member designed and delivered undergraduate psychology courses and post-graduate units for management, coordinated the work of course teams and delivered external consultancy. Significant consultancy projects:

• Established five new teams: recruited, trained and developed ninety staff
• Evaluated an induction programme involving three hundred job seekers
• Trained twelve managers in re-skilling one hundred and fifty staff

Planning delivery of educational support to job seekers. Responsibilities:

• Coordinated the work of twelve vocational training instructors.
