As an associate consultant I contribute to several projects within the retail motor industry. I have completed job analysis and profiling, designed competency frameworks, the skills assessment matrix, performance review system, staff development planning, and dealership performance evaluation framework. I have also delivered training and coaching for managers in assessment procedures and psychometrics.
As an instructor contributed to design and delivery of a National Development Programme within the UAE secondary schools. The programme focused on strategic management of academic and employment choices. Personal development raised awareness of how self-management and social relations affect individual and team performance. Classroom instruction covered a broad range of soft skills and group practice exposed participants to resource constraints and social conflict to improve performance through reflection and peer-feedback. Responsibilities:
• Designed curriculum and delivered classroom based teaching and group activities to coach 600 participants.

Transport for London employed over 19, 000 people to integrate bus, railway, underground, and river services within the capital. As a consultant completed selection, development and outplacement projects, recruitment campaigns and selection of apprentices, graduates and managers. Responsibilities:

• Designed assessment procedures: interviews, exercises and testing
• Managed CV sifting, interviewing and assessment centres
• Trained and coached managers in giving feedback

As a consultant supported private and non-profit organisations in the health and social care sector. Responsibilities:
• Designed learning reviews, annual training and induction plans.
• Established a learning centre and training videos library.
