Recruitment Selection
- Strategizing the requirement by drafting of recruitment ads, conducting initial interviews ( based on the proposition required ), preparing employee contracts, appointment letters and new hire orientation/ set up.
Learning Management
- . Also, coordinate and liaise with external consultants on employees’ trainings needs and arrange training schedules.
Constant review of the Retail Operations Procedural handbook for any updates.
Industrial relations
- Firm knowledge about UAE labor law articles and all rules and regulations of Ministry of Labor, DMCC and JAFZA.
Employee relations
- Design and review of contracts, policies and procedures and Employee handbook. Maintain a clear communication with all LEVANT staff on working relationships, employee development, optimum performance, commitment ad effectiveness.
- Attends to employees’ grievances and complaints and provides guidance if necessary. Provide feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
Change Management
- Help transitioning individuals and teams from current state to desired future state.
Operational Structuring
- Encourage reporting and escalations hierarchy wise to culture an environment that helps identify, attract and retain top talents.
Appraisals
- Development and timely review of Appraisal form/s defining the need of appraisals to all LEVANT staff.
Compensation and Benefits
- Responsible for the efficient processing of payroll systems, appraisals and increments / bonus, annual leave entitlements. Recommending rewards on basis of performance and initiatives which will be measured through KPI’s.
HR Administration
- Review, update and maintain proper filing of staff, visas, insurance policy, suppliers and contractors contracts and payments, trade licenses for all the stores etc.,
HR Management
- Participate in the yearly staff planning and expansion.
-Primary in charge in creating the Company Profile.
-Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules.
-Conducts interviews up to Senior Executive levels.Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
-Conducts exit interview.
-Prepares correspondence (memorandum ), serves warning letters for proper sanction for those employees who don’t follow company policy.
-Upgrading employees’ performance from the evaluation received from the Managers.TNA.
-Responsible for creating company policy and orders.
-In-charge of re-evaluating the employees and calibrate them one by one.
- Conducts orientation program to new employees.
- Coordinates and liaises with external Consultants on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees
-Facilitates inquiry from the employees regarding labor rules.

-Primary in charge for monthly payrol( database ) / annual leave computation/gratuity.
-Mainly in charge for bank transactions ( encryption )for monthly salary.
-Annual Leave / End of benefits handler
-Manages and appraises subordinates’ performance and their career advancement.
-Monitoring attendance to all ( 210 ) employees
-Monitoring the PRO. ( visa, expiration of legal documents ).
-Generates specific tasks as per the managements’ request.
