Job Description:
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of Medium voltage switchgear consist of 28 cells. Six cells
receive power from different sources, three cells bus coupler, three cells bus riser, seventeen cells
to power transformer (11000/400V) in different MDBs and two cells spare protected by Siemens
SIPROTEC protection relays.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting power and control Circuits of Motor Control Centers Controlled
by SIEMENS PLC s7-300 and s7-400 Through Profibus DP communication protocol in different
station of factory.
- DOL, Reverse direction and Star delta motor starting methods using SIMOCODE pro-c and
pro-v device.
- Soft starters motor starting method using 3RW44 soft starters.
- Frequency drives (Micro master and SINAMICS) for speed control of motors.
- Deal with different software like SIMATIC Manger for siemens PLC, WINCC for SIEMENS HMI,
SIMOCODE software for SIMOCODE devices, Starter for SIEMENS frequency drives and DIGSI
4 for SIPROTEC protection relays.
- Draw Electrical schematic for new electrical panels and edited panels using AutoCAD or EPLAN
Software.
- Follow and apply instructions of health, safety and environment department in the work that we do.
- Create Work Orders for different troubleshooting and maintenance jobs and order spare parts
required for this job using ORACLE (Enterprise Asset Management - Maintenance Management
system)
