Founded the branch from zero level, and built it into the second largest of four Audi Branches in Tripoli, with total deposits exceeding LL 75 billions. In addition to a fairly dynamic movement in retail banking, L/Cs and fee based services.
Turned around the branch from a negative balance sheet with many problematic credit files into a prosperous and highly profitable branch.
Study and Process all the files (Credit & Debit) in the branch with the customers and wit the Regional manager.
