• Manages and coordinates recruitment related processes, including resourcing plan, recruitment campaign, headhunting, candidate sourcing, candidate selection, job authorisation, new hires’ on-boarding.
• Ensures the sourcing of candidates through appropriate sources; e.g online Job Portals, and maintains a database of recruitment agencies and sites that provide recruitment services.
• Manages process for recruitment of senior grades by searching for specialised retainer agencies, liaising between agencies and Managers, shortlisting and arranging interviews on and off site.
• Communicates with manpower agencies in different countries and providing them with the required documentations in order to finalize the employment procedures for international employees;
• Assists in the negotiations and agreement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with manpower agencies
