This is my proprietary firm which specializes in VAT and Finance related consultancy. We have assisted mid-size companies to implement VAT in a fully compliant manner. Apart from these we have taken up auditing, company formation and advisory assignments.
Responsible for certain special areas. These were Audits - finalized two years’ financials of ICC, VAT Implementation - Finance Lead to co-ordinate with our global tax advisors to implement all aspects of VAT, Winding up of overseas subsidiaries, Payroll and other areas.
