Planning, co-ordinating and preparing all pre-client arrival documentation such as name boards visas/documents, welcome packs etc. to ensure that passengers are met and assisted in a timely and professional manner. Assigning the necessary staff to meet designated passengers by monitoring the flight information screen to establish flight arrivals/departures at the aircraft parking bays, in order to ensure that passengers are promptly received and escorted to the Arabian Adventures Airport Desk. Brief guests on the content of the Welcome Package and meet them at the respective luggage belt and if required, assist them with issues related to lost/damaged baggage. Prepare reports of all bookings for the next shift by retrieving information from the Oasis System and passenger lists in order to ensure that the incoming shift leader is able to cater for manpower and equipment required. Collate and prepare details of incidents reported by clients on the shift related to service provided, ensuring accurate feedback is provided to the office. The information provided is essential to ensure that appropriate action can be taken by the reservations department and hotel representatives. Liase with the Tour Bus Team Leaders or Rent-a-car companies with regard to hotel transfer information and ensure that the guests are escorted to their respective arrangements. Would be required to provide services for large groups and work closely in handling VIP
with extra customer service and care.

Liaising with local authorities in order to resolve any issues quickly to ensure a guests smooth entry
or exit into the country
Coordinate with large groups and/or conferences to ensure each member of the party arrives to an
efficient, warm and hospitable welcome
Maintain accurate written records of guest arrivals and provide extensive feedback if irregularities
occur.
Provide discreet and professional service to high-profile VIP’s, sport and entertainment celebrities
and commercially important individuals and groups
