• Direct delivery instructor for Basic Operator Course (BOC), Performing process operations (PPO), Portfolio completion and performance tests. Responsible for coaching operators/technicians in terms of theoretical and practical activities within competency framework, plan and follow up work-based activities appropriate to development of their skills and knowledge.

• Equipment training encompassing reactors, distillation towers, pumps, compressors,
Steam boilers, Gas turbine, Steam turbine, oil wells, oil & gas production, furnaces, all types of distillation column, chemical reactors, gas separation, crude oil fractionation, naphtha fractionation, Reformer, tank farms, mechanical seal, valves, heat exchangers, cooling towers, Fin fan coolers.
• Consultation with cross functional team, leaders, stakeholders on technical training program and develop and implement customized technical training solutions.
