Human resources (HR) Administrative Assistants support management-level staff and perform a variety of tasks related to employee record-keeping within organizations.
Handle sensitive employee and company information, which requires that they maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Petty Cash:
Normal for HR Department
Corporate Petty Cash for whole company
Preparing / Receiving SMSA whole company to delivered to concern department / employee.
Maintaining all Employee files records and updating the iqama and passport dates

Payment for exit reentry, final exit, electricity bills telephone bills, water bills, traffic fines, iqama fees, labour fees etc.

Issuing Exit Reentry / Final Exit.
Iqama Renewal / Iqama update.
Handling the Passport Receive / Deliver
Maintaining the TAMM
paying the Traffic fine for company/ renewing the all vehicles / issuing authorization to all drivers
