Worked as Project Engineer of Urea Plant at Fatima Fertilizer Co. Ltd. during design and construction phase. Responsibilities included;
• Coordination and review of all design documents of Urea Plant as received from Kawasaki Plant Systems, Japan or the licensor of Urea Plant, Stamicarbon.
• Review of documents included Plot plans, Layouts, piping plans, equipment datasheets, general project specifications including design & procurement guidelines etc.
• Worked as site engineer during construction phase and supervised construction of Urea plant starting from civil foundations till erection of structure, equipments and piping.
• Supervised construction of 101m high Urea Plant Prilling Tower by Slip Form technique.

Maintenance Engineer (Workshops) at Fauji Fertilizer Company Ltd.

Worked as Maintenance Engineer (Stationary Equipments) and as Workshop Engineer (Equipments Fabrication) at “Fauji Fertilizer Co. Plantsite Goth Machhi”. Responsibilities included;

• Rehabilitation of Bimetallic Urea Stripper (Material 25Cr:22Ni:2Mo + Zr) by tube shortening.
• Rehabilitation of Titanium Urea Stripper by tube shortening.
• Complete Rehabilitation and re-tubing of HP Carbamate condenser (Material 25Cr:22Ni:2Mo)
• Fabrication of more than 10 Heat Exchangers for Urea and Ammonia plants of variable sizes and service conditions.
• Designing of special purpose welding joints and welding procedures for different applications for the maintenance of different equipment.
• Planned turnarounds and emergency shutdowns of Urea plant. Undertaken various piping modification jobs as well as specialized repair jobs in HP equipments, towers and vessels of Urea Plant.
• Leakage rectification & tube plugging of heat exchangers.
• HP jetting & Mechanical cleaning of heat exchangers.
