• My current job since April 2014

• Engineering and design, Procure, Supply, and deliver all equipment for Construction of Reinforcement of Fadhili Gas Plant and QAISUMAH 380KV BSP Interconnection including all civil and Electro-mechanical work, Fire alarm and firefighting system.
• Manage the project from initial stage Kick off meeting with Client till issuance of final Acceptance.
• Review and finalize vendor offer technically, commercially to long lead material after issuance of LOA from client.
• Arrange Kick off meeting with vendors and design consultant to get the schedule of design and follow up with them closely to submit the design package on time.
• Arrange Base design review meeting with Client and vendors to discuss and finalize the comments to proceed for manufacturing of the long lead equipment’s.
• Continuously push all the vendors (GIS, Transformers, Reactors, NGR, Protection, SAS, Communication, Auxiliary System, CT, SA, PI, Line Hardware, HV Power cable and terminations, LV power/control/FO/Instrument cable, Cable trays with accessories, Steel Structures, FA/FF) to expedite the manufacturing of the equipment and deliver the material on time.
• Follow up with vendor for design and material delivery to the site to meet project critical milestones.
• Review Engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Arranging coordination meeting between designer/vendor/client to solve critical issues in the project.
• Follow up with client to get the approvals for design and material.
• Close coordinating with site team to execute the job as per approved project base line and to meet project critical milestones.
• Monitoring and control the cost and budget of project.
• Conduct weekly meeting with Planning for budget review, Cost Control.
• Closely monitoring work progress at site to meet project milestones.
• Attend Bi-Weekly Progress meeting with SEC, Highlight the critical issues which affect the material delivery and execution works at site.
• Escalate critical issues related to ROW and delay in manufacturing of material due to global impact which impact the project milestones to internal management and SEC through official letter.
• Prepare Progress Invoice and follow up with client till get final approval.
• Prepare TCC/PAC/FAC as per Client requirement.
• Follow up with Project Engineer for timely submission of Progress reports to client.
• Capable to manage critical issues and difficult task as per project requirement.
• Cooperate and Communicate with Regional Manager/VP to provide assistance and technical support.
• Save the cost by shortening the duct bank route, HVAC duct route as per site conditions and took the approval from client.
• Responsible to meet Safety and Quality as per Client requirement.
• Capable to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Achieve 10% profit in the project which is more than R0 tender budget.
• Responsible to close all the punch points and as built of the project.
